Vitamin B1 is thiamine. This vitamin is the first B group vitamin discovered. Cases of avitaminosis are rare, but even a slight deficiency can have a very negative effect on health. This vitamin is a heterocyclic organic compound consisting of a thiazole and pyrimidine ring connected by a methion bridge. This vitamin is involved in the transformation of energy from food, mainly carbohydrates. It is helpful in reducing numbness of the arms and legs, improves memory and supports the proper functioning of the nervous system.

INGREDIENTS
Thiamine, rice flour, capsule shell: gelatin, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, bulking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

APPLICATION
One capsule a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet. The product is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
