DESCRIPTION

Organic adzuki beans have a sweet and nutty flavor. We recommend as an addition to rice and other cereal dishes as well as to pastes, pies, soups and stews.

METHOD OF PREPARATION

previously soaked for several hours and rinsed beans should be boiled until soft in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Salt only by the end of cooking.
