DESCRIPTION
Organic adzuki beans have a sweet and nutty flavor. Recommended as an addition to rice and other cereal dishes, as well as for pastes, pates, soups and stews.

PREPARATION METHOD
The previously soaked and rinsed beans should be boiled in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes until soft. Do not salt the beans until the end of cooking.
