DESCRIPTION
Agar agar is made from sun-dried seaweed. You can use it to thicken sauces, jams, prepare creams, jellies, and Asian cuisine.
An excellent alternative to animal-derived gelatin. Unflavoured, it dissolves at 85-95 degrees Celsius, and solidifies at 32-39 degrees Celsius. 1 teaspoon (3.5 g) is sufficient for 350 ml of liquid.
