A METHOD OF PREPARING
Dissolve 10 g of agar in 1 liter of cold water and sweeten if necessary. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. After cooking, cool slightly. Pour into a mold and let it solidify in the refrigerator. Agar - Agar can be prepared with fruit juice or some other juice.
