Organic amaranth is one of the oldest and most nutritious plants (pseudo-cereals) grown in the world. Perfect for morning porridge, for baking bread, cakes, soups and cereal dishes.
PREPARATION METHOD
Cook the amaranth grain previously rinsed on a thick sieve in a 1: 2 ratio (1 serving of amaranth for 2 servings of water) for approx. 20 min.
