Amaranth is one of the oldest cultivated plants known to man, but is now also referred to as the grain of the 21st century. It is characterized by particularly high nutritional values and a beneficial effect on the human body. The most commonly used part of this plant is the light brown seeds, slightly larger than the poppy seeds. Bio amaranth, a raw material from India, is a food product from organic farming, certified by BIO. Perfect in a vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diet. Amaranth is a unique source of many vitamins and amino acids. Its properties, rich in protein and fiber, allow you to supplement human needs for calcium and iron. What's more, the high content of squalene, which may slow down the aging processes of cells. At the same time, it is recommended as a supplement to a diet that reduces the level of harmful cholesterol. The raw material amaranth is the perfect addition to morning porridge, salad or dessert. HOW TO USE
Boil the amaranth grain previously rinsed on a fine sieve in a 1: 2 ratio (1 portion of amaranth to 2 portions of water) for about 20 minutes.
