DESCRIPTION
pectin obtained from apple pulp. In an acidic environment, pectin has gelling properties. Pectin is a gelling agent for homemade fruit jams, marmalades and jellies, fruit juices. It can also be used for dairy drinks, fruit drinks and ketchups.
PREPARATION METHOD
We add sugar to the fruit cooked with the addition of pectin, and when the fruit is completely soft. 30 g pectin per 2 kg fruit and 1 kg sugar.
