Pour water over the apples and add honey so that they do not stick out above their surface. Cover the vessel in which we prepare the vinegar with a cloth and tie it to protect it. Leave the dish in a warm place for 4 weeks, stirring the liquid from time to time. During this time, the fermentation process takes place, when the reaction is completed, the foam will not be produced on the surface. This will mean that the vinegar is ready. It should then be poured into bottles and kept in a cool place. Vinegar made at home should be controlled, because there is a risk of mold - as soon as you notice it, you should give up eating it.
