Organic, unclarified apple vinegar is obtained by vinegar fermentation. It is naturally cloudy. The occurring sediment is formed by natural ingredients of organic apples.
Used externally, it is used in cosmetics, mainly for cleaning and disinfection. It helps in the fight against viral problems with nails, which we can get in public places. It will also help with wraps and other ear problems. It can also have a positive effect on youthful skin problems and discoloration.
This product is a great source of vitamin E, which is an antioxidant. This means that it limits the amount of free radicals in the body, which improves immunity, has a positive effect on the circulatory system and helps cleanse the body. The polyphenols that are in their composition also act as antioxidants, i.e. they are antioxidants. This is a very good support for the body and allows it to better deal with harmful external factors of the environment with which we encounter. Antioxidants also delay aging.
Apple cider vinegar has a lowering effect on blood glucose. Regular consumption of vinegar can increase the sensitivity of cells, which in turn can prevent fluctuations in glucose levels. This is due to its antibacterial properties.

CURIOSITIES
We can prepare apple cider vinegar at home. For this we will need 1kg of sour apples, 1l of water and about 5 teaspoons of honey. Apples should be washed and seed stars removed. Pour apples with water and add honey so that they do not protrude above their surface. The vessel in which we prepare the vinegar, cover with a cloth and tie it for the purpose of protection. Set aside the dish in a warm place for 4 weeks, stirring the liquid from time to time. During this time, the fermentation process takes place, when the reaction is over the end of the foam formation on the surface. This will mean that the vinegar is ready. It should then be poured into bottles and kept in a cool place. We should control vinegar made at home, because there is a risk of mold - as soon as we see it, we should stop consuming it.
