DESCRIPTION

Organic Arborio rice comes from Italy. This is a unique variety of rice, characterized by a subtle nutty flavor and unique aroma. Is the basis of a traditional Italian risotto dish. It is also great as an addition to meats, salads, exotic dishes and desserts.

PREPARATION METHOD

Boil rice in a 1: 2 ratio (1 serving of rice for 2 servings of water) on low heat, covered, for approx. 15 min. (we don't rinse the rice).
