Description
1 teaspoon (5g) - enough for 500g fruit or 500ml liquid.
1 package (30g) - sufficient for 3kg of fruit or 3l of liquid.
Preparation: Mix agar with cold liquid and mix for 1-2 minutes. Then, with continuous stirring, cook for at least 2 minutes. Remove from heat, cool slightly and proceed with the recipe. Agar agar acquires its properties only after cooling to 40st.C.
