Glycine is one of the endogenous amino acids, it has many important roles in the body. It is needed for the synthesis of nucleic acids. It is part of glutathione, which is a very strong antioxidant. Is a component of hemoglobin. Is a neurotransmitter, it affects the excessive excitability of neurons of the central nervous system. Increases the synthesis of phosphocreatine in the muscles which is very important during intense efforts of short duration. Glycine is effective as a protective agent for intestinal epithelial cells. It can also improve the quality and depth of sleep.

INGREDIENTS

AjiPure® glycine, rice flour, vegetarian capsule shell: cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

METHOD OF USE
One capsule a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
