Almond cream without sugar is not brewed during cooking. It can be cooked and mixed with acidic ingredients like lemon, wine or mustard. Great for sauces, soups, vegetables and desserts, and for coffee or tea. It does not contain gluten and lactose. Suitable for vegans. It contains less than 0.5g of sugars per 100g of product, so it can be called a sugar-free product.
