The homeland of Arborio rice is Italy, where it was selected from other varieties imported from China. Its name comes from the small town of Arborio, around which it was originally cultivated.
Arborio rice is white, has small, rounded grains and is slightly translucent. Thanks to this, it perfectly absorbs the taste of each dish. Due to these properties, it is able to perfectly absorb the liquids added during the preparation of risotto.
Arborio rice provides large amounts of complex carbohydrates, which are the basic source of energy for our body. It is also an excellent source of many minerals, including potassium, magnesium, iron and zinc, as well as vitamins, especially those from group B and vitamin E. In addition, it provides significant amounts of fiber.
Arborio rice has a positive effect on the digestive system, heart function, helps to lower cholesterol and sugar, improves immunity, regulates the nervous system and blood pressure.

A METHOD OF PREPARING
