The infusion of artichoke leaves is used in the long-term prevention of high cholesterol and triglycerides. The tea has hepatoprotective and antioxidant properties.

INGREDIENTS
100% dried, crushed artichoke leaf
Cynarae folium

APPLICATION
1 tablespoon of artichoke leaves (3 g) pour one glass of boiling water, and leave it to infuse for 15 minutes. Cool and strain. Fresh and warm infusion prepared according to the recipe should be drunk once a day.
3 g of artichoke leaves (1 tablespoon) is the daily dose.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Dietary supplements should be stored out of reach of small children.
