This plant is a perennial shrub with small green, jug-shaped flowers. The fruit is orange or red, and the root has an unpleasant odor. The fruits and roots of ashwagandha are mainly used. HOW TO USE
1 gram (about half a teaspoon) of the powder can be poured with a glass of hot water or boiled, cooled and drunk as an infusion. Use twice a day.
