DESCRIPTION
Organic barley groats are obtained from dehulled barley grains. Perfect as an addition to soups, e.g. in the famous Polish krupnik and as a component of second dishes in combination with stewed vegetables and fresh herbs.

METHOD OF PREPARING
Previously washed groats should be boiled in salted water in a proportion of 1: 3 (1 portion of groats for 3 portions of water) on low heat for about 20 min.
