DESCRIPTION
Organic barley barley is made of hulled and polished barley grains. It is an excellent addition to meat and vegetarian dishes. We also recommend it for soups, casseroles, for stuffing stuffed cabbage or goulash.

PREPARATION METHOD
Boil the previously washed pearl barley in salted water in a 1: 3 ratio (1 serving of pearl barley per 3 portions of water) on low heat for about 20 minutes.
