DESCRIPTION
Sprouts are the most life-giving food in the world because they are eaten when the plant is as viable as never before. By consuming them regularly, we can experience this vitality and energy flow. They have been part of a healthy diet for thousands of years. Sprouts contain concentrated amounts of vitamins, minerals, protein, enzymes and many other valuable substances. All ingredients are easily absorbed by the body. Sprouts are definitely excellent part of a healthy diet.

A METHOD OF PREPARING
At home, we prepare the sprouts as follows: We take a flat plate, lin it with gauze or other water-absorbent material. Sprinkle one layer of seeds onto gauze and water them with water, preferably boiled and lukewarm. Water should be topped up so that the gauze is constantly wet. We place the seeds in a warm and preferably dark place. Depending on the species of the germinated plant, sprouts appear after 2-4 days. For coarse seeds, e.g. peas, soybeans, chickpeas etc., or shelled seeds, e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, cut sprouts before consumption, and fine seeds are used entirely.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry, cool place.
