A METHOD OF PREPARING
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius
2. Line the mold (10 x 20 cm cake tin) with baking paper
3. Prepare a large bowl and pour the mixture into it
4. Pour 450 ml of highly carbonated water and mix thoroughly
5. Immediately transfer the mixed dough to the prepared mold
6. Put in the oven and bake for 1.5 hours
7. After baking, remove the bread from the mold, wrap it with a cotton cloth and leave it to cool completely
