A METHOD OF PREPARING
1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees Celsius with the top-down heating function
2. Mix the mixture with 475 ml of lukewarm water using a whisk or a hand mixer
3. Stir the dough until kneading
4. Transfer the dough into a greased (25 x 10 cm) baking tin
5. Smooth the surface with a spoon moistened with water, then brush it with oil
6. Score the dough in the center with a knife dipped in melted fat. Bake the bread in a preheated oven to 225 degrees Celsius for 50-60 minutes
7. After baking, take the bread out of the bread and let it cool down.
