It is sufficient to obtain approx. 750 g of bread.
PREPARATION METHOD
Ingredients: 1 sachet of sourdough quinoa bio 20 g Biovegan, 350 g buckwheat flour, 150 g soy flour, 1 sachet of dried gluten-free bio 9 g Biovegan, 1 teaspoon of salt, 375 ml of lukewarm water.
Preparation: mix all dry ingredients thoroughly. Add water and knead well. Cover and let stand for 1 hour. in a warm place. Then knead again and place in a greased bread mold. Place in a cold oven with a bowl of water. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes. Leave to cool.
