PREPARATION METHOD
Ingredients: 1 sachet of spelt sourdough bio 30 g Biovegan, 700 g spelt flour, 300 g rye flour, 2 sachets dried yeast gluten-free bio 9 g Biovegan, 2 teaspoons of salt, 750 ml of lukewarm water.
Preparation: mix all dry ingredients thoroughly. Add water and knead well. Cover and let stand for 2 hours. in a warm place. Then knead again and place in a greased bread mold. Place in a cold oven with a bowl of water. Bake at 180-200 degrees C for about 80 minutes. Leave to cool.
