DESCRIPTION
Organic brown flax seeds are widely used in both the kitchen and cosmetics. Linseed is best absorbed after grinding, however, we recommend grinding them just before consumption. Externally, you can apply compresses, baths, masks prepared on the basis of a decoction of flax.
