DESCRIPTION
Organic brown lentils are an excellent component of stew dishes and an addition to soups, salads, vegetable dishes, stews, purees. It is widely used in the production of vegetarian pies and breads.

PREPARATION METHOD
Boil the previously washed lentils in a 1: 2 ratio (1 serving of lentils for 2 servings of water) for approx. 45 min. Salt at the end of cooking.
