DESCRIPTION

Organic buckwheat bran is formed during the milling of buckwheat into buckwheat. The bran consists mainly of the outer, the most valuable layer of grain, i.e. fruit and seed cover. Bran tastes great with dairy products. They can be an addition to muesli, cereals, soups, salads and sauces. We also recommend replacing bran with some flour in homemade pastries and flour dishes. We recommend to subject the bran before consumption to a short heat treatment.
