DESCRIPTION
Organic Kraków buckwheat is obtained from dehulled and chopped unroasted buckwheat grains. It has a mild and delicate taste. Most often used as an addition to soups, stews, pates, cutlets, bread pastes, as well as an ingredient of dinners in combination with vegetables or goulash.

PREPARATION METHOD
Boil the porridge in salted water in a 1: 2 ratio (1 portion of groats for two portions of water) on low heat for about 20 minutes.
