DESCRIPTION
Organic unroasted buckwheat is most often used as an ingredient in dinners in combination with vegetables or goulash and as an addition to soups, stews and pates.

PREPARATION METHOD
Cook groats in salted water in a 1: 2 ratio (1 portion of groats for 2 portions of water) on low heat for about 20 minutes.
