Bulghur groats from durum wheat * 100% (* certified organic ingredient).

DESCRIPTION
Organic bulghur is a type of porridge obtained from boiled, dried and crushed durum wheat grains. We recommend it as an addition to casseroles, salads, stuffings and as an ingredient in second courses.

METHOD OF PREPARING
Pour bulghur to lightly salted boiling water in a proportion of 1: 2.5 (1 portion of groats for 2.5 portions of water), cook uncovered for about 7 min. Then remove from heat, cover and leave to swell.
