Description
Cake Recipe. Ingredients: 250 g of mixture, 130 g of butter or vegetable margarine, 130 g of sugar, 4 eggs, grated lemon zest. Preparation: Combine melted butter, sugar and yolks. Separately, beat the proteins rigidly and gently combine with the yolk mass. Then pour in the mixture and grated lemon zest, constantly stirring from top to bottom. After obtaining a uniform consistency, put the mixture into a baking mold with a diameter of 22cm and bake at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
