Vitamin A, along with vitamin D, vitamin E and vitamin K, belongs to the group of fat-soluble vitamins - it is stored in adipose tissue and in the liver.
Vitamin D is involved in the regulation of calcium and phosphate metabolism and bone tissue mineralization. It supports the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus - two elements that are essential for the proper functioning of the skeleton and teeth.
Its deficiency leads to disorders of calcium and phosphorus absorption. The consequence is impaired bone mineralization. Due to the fact that vitamin D is responsible for maintaining the correct concentration of calcium in the blood, which is necessary in the process of passing the nerve impulse and muscle contraction, it also enables the proper functioning of the nervous and muscular systems.
Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that protects the body against oxidative stress and cell damage caused by free radicals. In addition, it is involved in the protection of red blood cells, gene expression and the transmission of nerve signals throughout the body. Vitamin E protects red blood cells from premature breakdown and participates in the transport of oxygen to muscle cells, increasing muscle performance. Vitamin E supplementation in women has been shown to alleviate or reduce symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, such as headaches, breast swelling and nervousness.
Vitamin K supports the cardiovascular system. Strengthens the walls of blood vessels. Thus, it prevents them from cracking and calcification. Vitamin K also plays an important role in maintaining the body's calcium balance. It helps in the uptake of calcium by the skeletal system, taking part in the formation of bone tissue. HOW TO USE
Consume 1 capsule once a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used by pregnant and lactating women without medical consultation. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
