METHOD OF USE

2 times a day, 15-30ml preferably half an hour before meals. Children 15-20ml per day. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Shake the bottle well, so that valuable, bioactive ingredients combine. Do not drink directly from the bottle. It is best to consume within 21 days (maximum 28) after opening.
