Biota Complex is a set of two dietary supplements affecting the digestive system. Biota N1 is a probiotic supplement, contains strains of lactobacilli, intestinal bacteria (Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium) and milk protein hydrolyzate. Thanks to this, it helps maintain the balance of intestinal microflora, supports digestion, absorption and metabolism of many nutrients and vitamins. Biota N2 is a prebiotic supplement that contains micronized burdock root. Thanks to the content of soluble dietary fiber, it helps in the development of beneficial intestinal bacterial flora.
Fractional cow's milk whey protein hydrolysates mainly contain peptides and oligopeptides, lactoferrin and glycomacropeptides, as well as short peptide chain polypeptides.
Lactoferrin is a glycoprotein that has the ability to bind iron, thanks to which its unique antibacterial and immunomodulatory properties are attributed.
Glycomacropeptide is a biologically active component of whey protein. It is characterized by a low content of aromatic amino acids and a high content of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), beneficial for dietary management in people with liver disorders.
