Body composition analysis

The analysis is performed using the Tanita body composition analyzer. It is a device that passes an electrical impulse through the body. This pulse is completely harmless. Based on the bioimpedance of our tissues, i.e. their electrical resistance, the device is able to assess individual body parameters. This helps in the individual selection of diet and monitoring the effects achieved.

The analysis includes:
- weight measurement
- body fat content (in% and kg)
- body water content (in% and kg)
- muscle mass (in kg)
- bone mass (in kg)
- BMI and BMR indicator
- metabolic age
- visceral fat content
- comparison to standards

NOTE Body composition analysis is performed only stationary at the Biogo diet office at ul. Szewska 18 in Wroclaw.
