Boswellia serrata is a tree that grows in India, East Africa and Nigeria. The resin obtained from the Boswelli tree has been used for centuries in Asia and Africa. Boselia has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. It nourishes the articular cartilage, improves blood circulation and joint mobility. It reduces morning joint stiffness and alleviates the discomfort associated with overloading the locomotor system.

INGREDIENTS
Boswellia serrata extract, brown rice flour, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

[standardized to 30% acetyl-11-keto-beta boswellic acid (AKBA)] (gum resin) - 125mg (37.5mg) - 250mg (75mg)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
One capsule a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet. The product is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
