Plantain leaf has a cleansing and anti-inflammatory effect. Plantain leaf infusion is effective in reducing elevated temperature. Plantain tea also improves digestive processes. Fresh plantain leaves can be applied to sprains and damaged epidermis.

INGREDIENTS
100% dried, crumbled plantain leaf
Plantago major L.

APPLICATION
Pour 1 tablespoon of the product into 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml). Set aside for 15 minutes, covered. Drain. Drink the infusion twice a day before meals.
3g of the product is a daily portion to be consumed during the day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Dietary supplements should be stored out of reach of small children.
