Bromelain is a digestive enzyme belonging to the hydrolase group. Hydrolase can be active throughout the body when administered orally. The most famous Bromelain was recognized as an effective ingredient as early as 1975 and has since been the subject of numerous scientific papers. Bromelain in large quantities is found in pineapple. Solgar offers Bromelain from fresh pineapples, while in most other preparations bromelain is obtained from the stem of pineapple, which differs from the enzyme found in fruits. Effective action is achieved with a guaranteed enzymatic efficacy of 2000 GDU**/1 gram. Bromelain supports the digestion of food proteins and increases their absorption. It supports the production of prostaglandins, which can reduce inflammation when consumed between meals.

Bromelain (fresh pineapple), maltoderextrin, filling agent: cellulose, glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, stabilizer: cellulose rubber, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, filling substance: citric acid, emulsifier: lecithin (soy).

2 capsules per day.
