Unroasted buckwheat is the most valuable groats. Buckwheat grains are small and creamy in colour. The unroasted ones have less intense, more delicate flavor than their roasted version.
Buckwheat is a good source of protein that is better absorbed than grains, and is also rich in dietary fiber to stimulate intestinal peristalsis.
In addition, the groats are rich in B vitamins and significant amounts of mineral salts (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium), as well as iron, zinc and iodine.
Buckwheat is a perfect match for meat dishes, stews or sauces. In combination with cheese, vegetables or mushrooms, it can be a delicious stuffing for pancakes, dumplings or cabbage rolls. You can also bake bread, cakes or cakes from ground porridge.

HOW TO USE:
The groats should be rinsed and covered with water (2 glasses of water per glass of groats). Put the pot on low heat and cook the groats for about 10-15 minutes. It is better not to mix the groats -  it will stick, but it should not burn as long as the fire is low. You can add a teaspoon of oil. Put the groats out of the fire, cover it and put it in a warm place so that it absorbs the rest of the water. In this way, all the water in which the groats were boiled stays inside, and is not poured into the sink.
