DESCRIPTION
Bulgur is obtained from boiled, dried and crushed durum wheat grains - the most valuable wheat variety. It is thicker and has a more pronounced taste than couscous.
Pour the groats with lightly salted boiling water in a proportion of 1: 2.5 (1 portion of groats for 2.5 portions of water), cook uncovered for about 7 minutes. Then remove from heat, cover and leave to swell.
