The herb thyme has a calming effect.
INGREDIENTS
100% dried, crumbled thyme herb.
Galium odoratum L.
APPLICATION
Pour 1 teaspoon of the product into 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml). Set aside for 15 minutes, covered. Strain. Drink the infusion during the day in 5 portions of 50 ml.
1 g of the product is a daily portion to be consumed during the day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Dietary supplements should be stored out of reach of small children.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry place, protected from light.
COMMENTS
After 2-3 weeks of daily consumption of the product, a 2-week break should be taken.
