DESCRIPTION
Organic Chia, also known as Spanish sage, is a species of herbaceous flower that blooms in summer, highly valued for its seeds, which are an interesting addition to the diet. You can add whole or ground seeds to muesli, yogurt, salads and pastries. They can also be soaked in water or juice and used as a natural thickener, e.g. for soups.
