DESCRIPTION
Organic chickpea flour is obtained from ground chickpeas. It has a slightly nutty aftertaste. You can use it alone or as an addition to other flours. We recommend baking bread, pasta and especially pancakes, called socca. It has strong binding properties, therefore it is also perfect for thickening soups and sauces.
