COMPONENTS
plum * 40%, apple * 30%, pear * 30% (* certified organic ingredient)

A METHOD OF PREPARING
1. Pour the prepared water over the dried fruits. Set aside for 3-4 hours.
2. Blanch the orange and lemon and cut them into slices. Add to the swollen fruit. Toss in the cinnamon bark and cloves.
3. Simmer for about 25 minutes, taking care not to let the fruit fall apart
4. Season with honey. Cool well and pour into a glass jug
