HOW TO PREPARE
Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, pour 230 ml of hot water (about 80 °C), mix thoroughly. Leave the mass for 15 minutes. Moisten your hands in cold water, then hand-form burgers about 1 cm thick. Heat the oil in a frying pan (3 teaspoons). Fry the burgers for about 2 minutes on each side.
