DESCRIPTION

Organic cistus belongs to the oldest herbal plants. It is characterized by a high content of polyphenols. An infusion of cistus can add variety to your daily diet.

HOW TO PREPARE

1 teaspoon per cup or 2-3 tablespoons cistus per 1 liter of boiled water at 90 degrees C. Brew for 3 to 10 minutes. Can be served with lemon or honey.
