The unique and innovative If You Care baking paper bags are a completely new way to bake the perfect Christmas turkey, ham, chicken, fish and more… Made of unbleached, completely chlorine-free, grease-resistant paper. This is a great alternative to plastic baking bags (which end up in the landfill). Our baking bags trap juices, creating delicious, tender, moist meat that comes off easily from the bones.
The bags are medium sized - perfect for roasting chicken, fish, medium roasts, vegetables and more. 36x27x9cm.
The bottom seam of the bag is designed to let steam out of the baking bag while cooking, so it's best not to fill the bag with too much liquid. For best results, place the food in the center of the bag and avoid overfilling. After cooking, you can make a delicious sauce from the remaining bag of liquid at the bottom. Easily prepare a "one pot meal" by baking vegetables such as onions, potatoes or carrots with meat.
Do not pick up the baking bag filled with ingredients before cooking as the bag may tear. After cooking, take extra care when opening the bag as the steam will be very hot.
