HOW TO USE
1 g of powdered mushrooms, dissolve in lukewarm water or add to a meal (yoghurt, cottage cheese, muesli). Drink three times a day. Consume half an hour before a meal. 1 g of the product is 2 ml of the attached measuring cup. Recommended daily dose: 3 g of powder.
