CORN SEMOLINA BIO 1 kg - BIO PLANET

Organic corn porridge obtained from maize grains. It is used to prepare the famous Italian polenta or Romanian mamalga, which tastes both sweet, e.g. for breakfast with dried fruit, and salty for main dishes. The porridge also serves as a thickener for soups and sauces, and after milling into flour, it also makes pies, puddings, and dough.

PREPARATION METHOD
