DESCRIPTION

Organic corn porridge obtained from maize grains. It is used to prepare the famous Italian polenta or Romanian mamałga, which tastes both sweet, e.g. for breakfast with dried fruit, and salty for main dishes. The porridge also serves as a thickener for soups and sauces, and after milling into flour, it also makes pies, puddings, and dough.

METHOD OF PREPARING

Cook the porridge in salted water in a 1: 2 ratio (1 portion of porridge for 2 portions of water) on low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
